Bring water to a rolling boil. Whisk in oats and quinoa with a pinch of sea salt . Add sultanas if you are using. (Remember breakfast doesn't always have to be sweet!) Bring back to a boil, then slide a flame tamer under the pot and cook for 25 minutes. Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Top with some roasted seeds or a pinch of gomashio.
