Sahaja teaches from her home in Yangebup, south of the river, located conveniently near the freeway. It takes approximately 15 minutes from Fremantle, 20 minutes from Perth. All courses and individual sessions are situated across the road from beautiful Lake Yangebup, a natural wetland with abundant bird life. She suggests to her students to take advantage of the natural environment so close to the city by enjoying a walk around the lake before or after class.
